At Westlife Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products, hygiene seals must remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and hygiene stickers attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure envelope.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for hygiene compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
